Simply call (513) 860-9899 to report a mechanical problem and we’ll schedule a vehicle pick-up.

Calls made to our main service line between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM will be routed directly to our service manager who will arrange for vehicle pick-up and keep you informed of the repair progress and cost estimates.

After hours calls will be routed to an On-Call technician for either a service call or to arrange a tow to our facility. 

Some repairs, including routine Preventative Maintenance items can be performed on-site.  If requested, Preventative Maintenance can be scheduled by Fleet Care to be automatically performed on a monthly or quarterly basis.
